Our chemical production process is fueled by biomass and then allocated to the raw materials for printing inks and coatings (Biomass Balance Approach). Thus, we help you reaching your sustainability targets, expand your portfolio and attract new environmentally conscious customers. 

Get to know our biomass balanced Joncryl® MB series for the printing and packaging industry. Or discover our broad biogas sourced product range for furniture & flooring with our Laromer® UV resins and Joncryl® dispersions and resins.  With this approach up to 100% of the fossil feedstock required for the manufacturing of this product can be replaced in the production site by renewable raw materials.

By taking plastic waste as a feedstock, we allocate reduced CO2 amounts to coating raw material without sacrificing performance and helping you reach sustainability targets, expand your portfolio and attract new environmentally conscious customers.

VOC Reduction - Playing it safe now also comes with great performance

Switching to water-based printing inks and coatings means identical performance and quality as solvent-based systems, plus gives you low (or no) VOCs, guarantees increased safety for both workers and the final goods, as well as helping you reduce your carbon footprint.

Explore our Joncryl® FLX, which represents the market reference in water-based chemistry for printing inks for film & foil. Our water-based resins provide excellent resistance or lamination bond strength. In combination with high resolubility, they provide a similar performance as solvent-based alternatives to flexible packaging printers and converters.

The Joncryl® FLX line is offering the ink formulator an opportunity to formulate water-based printing inks that fulfil many demands of the market for film & foil. The different products all have their own benefits such as No-VOC, no cost for solvent incineration and many more. Together they cover a broad range of properties needed to print film for flexible packaging.
