We offer a wide range of acrylic polymer dispersions and UV-curable acrylic hotmelts, which are used in the production of PSA for both paper and filmic labels. The consistent quality of our Acronal® dispersions as well as their high mechanical stability allow our customers to keep their production constant, minimizing adhesive-related production downtimes. Adequate cohesion at high adhesion levels provides a trouble-free converting process.
We develop our products using the know-how of our dedicated R&D resources as well as our team of coating experts, constantly looking for ways to improve the coating technology. Gravure and curtain coating heads for general purpose permanent (GPP) or Alltemp Labels, a slot die for UV-curable acrylic hotmelts are just some examples of the different options we can offer our customers for trials simulating realistic production conditions. With our Acronal® RCF we have recycling friendly acrylic adhesives for permanent paper labels in our portfolio with excellent convertibility, certified for paper and paperboard recycling.
Whether you produce high-end clear filmic labels or standard white labels, our products are the right choice. Excellent transparency is achieved up to a coating speed of 600m/min. The fine-tuned adhesion / cohesion profile makes for easy processing. Finally, all our products have food contact approval.

Acronal® RCF 3705 and 3706: Closing the circle
Paperboard Recycling
The newly developed adhesives are easy to remove early in the waste paper recycling process, making it possible to produce new recycled paper and board packaging without any further issues. Closing the missing gap for a full circular economy.
Paperboard Production
The production and use of paperboard and cardboard packaging has significantly increased in recent years. This packaging is itself recyclable. It is therefore of utmost importance to only use adhesives for paper labels that do not interfere with the paper recycling process.
Label Application
For several years until today, driven by the increase in e-commerce, pressure-sensitive labels for transport & logistics have comprised the fastest growing share of the market.
End-of-life
Paper labels coated with Acronal® RCF 3705 and 3706 overcome this demanding challenge. In addition, labels coated with these adhesives can be easily removed from the recovered paper stream during recycling by using well-established fine and coarse screening technologies.
Shipment
As the label carries essential information for the successful completion of the entire process, the adhesives need to ensure that the labels reliably stick to the package throughout the demanding logistic process.

While most of the adhesives used for paper labels interfere with the paper recycling process, the newly developed Acronal® RCF portfolio is easy to remove early in the process, making it possible to reuse and print recycled paper or paperboard packaging without any further issues.
