Organizational Details

• Our FORESIGHT event will begin with lunch at 12:00 at the Heidelberg Congress Centre (Entrance West, Level 1, Hall 2).
   

If arriving by train:

• Heidelberg Main Station is a 5-minute walk (350 m) from the Atlantic Heidelberg Hotel and the Heidelberg Congress Center.

• Exit Heidelberg main station "Hauptbahnhof Süd / Bahnstadt".
   

If you are traveling by car:

• Parking is available in the Heidelberg Congress Centre visitor car park.

• You can park your car free of charge throughout the event (we will provide you with a QR-code for the car park exit).
  
   

• Check in at the foyer of the Heidelberg Congress Center (Entrance West, Level 0)
   
• Luggage can be left in the Heidelberg Congress Center cloakroom, which is open from 11:30 to 17:30.
   
• The Atlantic Heidelberg Hotel is a 5-minute walk (350 m) from the Heidelberg Congress Center. You are welcome to leave your car in the Heidelberg Congress Center visitor parking lot for the duration of the event. It is best to check in at the hotel after the event. Reserved rooms will be available from 15:00. 
   
• The evening event will begin with dinner at Neo Restaurant & Bar and continue with a party at the club in the same location. Both venues are within a 6-minute walk (450 m) from the hotel.
   
• Meet at the hotel lobby at 18:45. to walk together to the evening venue. The evening event will begin with an aperitif at 19:00.
   
• Dinner and wine tasting begins at 19:30 at the Neo Restaurant.
   
• Party starts at 22:30. Individual departure back to the hotel.

• The event will start at 09:00 in our meeting room at the Heidelberg Congress Center (Entrance West, Level 1, Hall 2).

• If you leave your hotel room on October 31st, you can check out and leave your luggage at the cloakroom of the Heidelberg Congress Center, which is open from 08:00 - 13:30 (Entrance West, Level 0).

• Our FORESIGHT event will end with lunch at 12:00 (Entrance West, Level 1, Hall 2). Guests who leave their luggage in the cloakroom must pick it up by 13:30 at the latest.

• The bus transfer to Heidelberg Castle will leave the West Entrance of the Heidelberg Congress Center at 13:30. Luggage can be left on the bus.

• End of the castle tour and bus transfer to the Heidelberg Congress Center at 16:15. Individual departure.
